2025 Chanukah Supper Reservation and Latke Order Payment Form

The TBD Chai Society invites you to our annual Chanukah Supper on Friday, December 19, from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by a Shabbat Service.

Please complete the information below and proceed to payment. The cost is $25 for individuals aged 13 and over, $7 for children aged 6-12, and free for children aged 5 and younger. The maximum cost per household is $75

Additionally, gluten-free latkes can be ordered for $10 per dozen.

Reservations and payments are due by Tuesday, December 16. If you prefer to pay by check, a hard copy/pdf form is available in the TBD Lobby and in the Chai-lite.
